  1. Tunitas Creek Road -> Star hill (by Skyline Road)
There is a big turn-out at Tunitas Creek road & Skyline junction. You can park there.

The ride starts with a decent. But Tunitas Creek road is very choppy and full of cracks & pot holes. Be careful. The best part is Hardly any cars on the road. I went on Star Hill road (by accident) and the surface was much better than Tunitas. Gradual climb. I went all the way up to Swett road and turned around as it was starting to get dark.

<> The road is narrow and winding under redwoods. Very peaceful, just you + your bike + tall trees + occasioanl houses. It gets fairly cool so dress in warm layers.

  2. Tunitas Creek Road by Highway 1 (Half Moon bay, CA)
Tried Tunitas from the west side. When you go South along highway 1, you will see the turn-out for Tunitas creek. Park there and begin ride. Nice route with almost zero traffic (and almost zero civilization!)
